Hoti Hotéis will respond within a maximum period of one month from the receipt of the request and, in exceptional cases, the deadline may even be extended by another two months.

How long will your personal data be kept?

The personal data collected will be kept by Hoti Hotéis according to the following criteria:

• Up to 6 months from the date you requested any information.

• Personal data relating to claims under copyright or intellectual property up to 2 years after receipt of the relevant information, in orderto enable Hoti Hotéis to answer for any liability.

The deadlines indicated will apply, without prejudice to any request for limitation of the processing that the data subjects may communicate to Hoti Hotéis.

Complaints

The holder has the right to submit a complaint to the National Data Protection Commission (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados) if he is not satisfied with the response given to the request to exercise any of his rights, or if he considers that we have not provided adequate treatment to his personal data.
